🔘 Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, tags intact, free from stains/scents, and in original packaging.
🔘 We do not offer refunds; however, store credit may be issued under specific conditions.
* We DO NOT offer amendment services.
POLICY
Timeframe for Exchanges
We understand that the outfit may not always be perfect. You have 24hours from the time of delivery to notify us if you’d like to initiate an exchange. Kindly reach out via email at support@sisijola.com or send us a message on Instagram @sisijola.ng or WhatsApp 09044777237
Conditions for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition , tags intact, no stains or scents, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of your requested size or color. If unavailable, store credit may be issued. Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required.
Returns outside the 24-hour window will not be accepted. 72hrs for outside Lagos. 10 days after date of delivery outside Nigeria.
Damages or Shipping Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or pickup at no cost to you.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
• Intimates (e.g bodysuits, etc.)
• worn or washed items
• Items bought on sale
• Gift cards
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Stained or Scented Items
(Perfume, makeup, deodorant, food stains, etc.)
* Items Returned After the 24/48 Hour Window
Refunds
Refunds are not available. However, store credit may be issued at our discretion for eligible cases.
Return Shipping Responsibility
* The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for an exchange or refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.
* Items purchased/picked up and/or fitted in store cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
* Items bought online cannot be swapped for items in store.
CHARGES:
* We do not offer shipping labels which means that the customer is responsible for sending the item/s back to Sisí Jolá
* In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required.
* The re-delivery fee is the same cost as the initial shipping fee charged when the item was first ordered.
